The TCC Team

Nathan Glassman

BS Architecture, University of Virginia

MS Real Estate and the Built Environment, University of Denver

Nathan started TCC with the objective of using the built environment as a tool in mending the growing divide between human beings and life. He believes that design should always be embedded with a passion driven by a worldview, which at its core must be the honest desire to improve lives. Nathan is driven by a passion to create environments that encourage routine engagement between human beings and other forms of life, including other human beings.

Nathan focuses on vision and design for TCC and is on a never-ending quest to learn new ideas and explore the world around him. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children when he’s not at his desk or in the field.

Hank Buckingham

BS Education in Mathematics, Penn State University

MA Technology Integration, Ashford University

There is no one title that describe Hank's role with the company: bookkeeping, project-managing, budgeting, planning, strategizing, and IT consulting help diversify his daily objectives. His main job is to keep projects moving while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Formerly a high-school math teacher for over a decade, he has experience working with a variety of people in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This has instilled a need for organization, clarity and purpose: three traits to keep a business moving in the right direction. When not at work, he can usually be found with his family on the trails, slopes, and roads of Colorado.

Jim Morgan

BS Engineering - Stephens Institute of Technology

Jim started his own framing company in Summit County over 30 years ago. In that time he has completed countless projects and has vast experience in residential and multi-family construction. He brings this wealth of knowledge to TCC to ensure projects are on-time, on-budget, and most importantly, done correctly the first time. After clocking out for the day, he spends his time on his mountain bike, kite-surfing, or chasing his dog.

Willis and Winston

Whether it's at the office or on the job site, these two canines are ready to greet visitors, assist subcontractors, guide clients, and take naps.
