Jim Morgan

Jim Morgan, as the owner of JMM Construction, has been building in mountain communities for over 30 years. His work has included both start-to-finish spec homes along with framing and contracting of over 200 single and multi-family homes. Now in partnership with Team SALT, Jim is on the team to provide scheduling, coordination, and construction management for all projects. Ongoing learning and sharing his overall knowledge with the team is a high priority for Jim. His expertise and tireless work ethic ensure homes are built on time and up to the high standards of Team SALT. After clocking out for the day, he spends his time on his mountain bike, kite-surfing, or chasing his dog.
